The meeting room is located in the Brown Center. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The room has a TV, VCR, DVD, overhead projector, projection screen, and a presentation board. A multimedia projector is available upon request but you must supply your own laptop computer. A sidewalk sign is also available for use on the library grounds. 80 chairs and 18 children's chairs are available for seating. 6-96"x30" tables and 10-48"x24" tables are also available for use. Rental for the community room will be $25 plus a $25 deposit for any private or for-profit organization. Non-profit groups will not be charged unless they are holding a fund raising function then a fee of $25 will be expected to cover expenses on the community room. You may make a reservation by calling the library director.
