Curbside pickup

The library is allowing 5 people in at a time with the following restrictions: face masks and hand sanitizer use are required and social distancing must be observed. 

Computers are limited to 3 users at a time.

You may also log in to our online catalog at and reserve books. 

We will call when your books are ready to be picked up.

Remember that you can always access e-books, e-magazines, and audiobooks online through Bridges! Just click the Bridges icon at the bottom of this page.  You will need your library card number we have on file for you at the library.  Wi-fi will be available 24/7 to help you access this service.  If you do not have a library card or need to know your library card number, email and we will get back to you.  You may also call the library at 641-857-3304 and leave a message

Movie Day for Adults 

Movies are shown on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month in the Brown Center from 1:00-3:00.  Movies are shown on Wednesday during June and July.

Lego League every Wednesday during the school year from 2:00-4:00.

Thursday Things is held Nov.- Apr. from 4:00-4:30.

S'More Story Time for Preschool - 3rd Grade is held Tuesday from 3:45-4:30.

Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library meet bimonthly on the second Tuesday at 4:00 at the library.
